Our shared minivan port-to-port excursion will take you to all the iconic places in the city you want to see at a fraction of the price. This will allow you to meet fellow travellers and spend your money on food and souvenirs while still enjoying the art, architecture, and history that makes Rome the greatest city on Earth.

Our complete Rome tour begins at disembarkation (usually 9:00 am) just 30 meters from your cruise exit. We are authorized to operate in the port, so we ensure you have door-to-door service in one of our comfortable vehicles. From there, we may take up to 30 minutes to pick up the other passengers for the trip.

Once we’re full, you’ll be shuttled to the magnificent St. Peter’s Square. This historic area is located behind the walled Vatican City, the seat of the Catholic Church. You will see Michelangelo’s incomparable Sistine Chapel, the Basilica, as well as its massive plaza where thousands gather to hear the Pope speak.

There’s so much to take in, and next we’ll visit the majestic Piazza Cavour, overlooking the Palace of Justice designed by Guglielmo Calderini in 1888. Then, we’ll head over to the incredible, colorful Piazza di Spagna and its world famous Spanish Steps, where you can stop and soak in the full flavor of Roman life.

Other “must see” spots on the tour include the Colosseum, the Villa Borghese and its lush gardens, and the sights, sounds, and smells of the open air market at Campo Di Fiori.

You will have a full day of sightseeing, visiting every significant landmark, statue, fountain, cobblestone street, or church, spanning of the entire spectrum of Roman history going back to its inception in 753 B.C.

At the end of our exhilarating journey, you can nap while the minivan returns you to the port in time for your departure - guaranteed!

The Vatican has a very strict dress code: no skirts above the knee, no shorts, no bare shoulders (including tank tops or sleeveless blouses). Shoes must be worn at all times. If you wish to go inside the Basilica and Sistine Chapel, please adhere to the guidelines.

Strollers are allowed inside the Museums but not inside the Basilica; because of this, we suggest you do not take the stroller inside as you may become separated from the rest of the group.
